the bellboy assisted me with my bags to the american airline's check in. he helped me when he could not find a porter. this was very convenient as i had an early flight (at 3:00 am).

the hotel's location allowed easy access to the airport terminals. i appreciated the quick walk to the train linking terminals. the room was comfortable and the bedding felt luxurious. i especially liked the convenience for my early morning flight.
The gym music was a little too loud during my workout. I preferred a more subdued environment.

the hotel offers direct access to the airport terminal. i found the rail link provided very quick transportation to the city center. the staff extended our checkout time, which i appreciated. the location is convenient for airport access, it is literally steps away.
i did notice a slight inconvenience with the coffee maker in my room. it was not working, and only one creamer was available, a minor issue overall
