Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel offers the typical Sheraton experience with clean and well-equipped rooms suitable for business travelers, including access to the club lounge. However, the outdated decor doesn't meet Sheraton standards, and the room layout with two double beds and a pullout may not suit all guests.
I chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location connected to Terminal 3, making everything easy after a long day. The lively lounge and quick access to the room elevators were great highlights, but the high price of $380 per night for a 1 king room gave me pause. The staff were a bit disorganized, with mix-ups and delays, but overall a decent stay with ups and downs.
The hotel is perfect for short stays, offering a cozy bed, pillows, and linens despite the small room size. The service encountered varied from unhelpful to accommodating, with a kind gesture of canceling a booking without penalty. The location is convenient for quick airport connections but requires some effort to reach from different terminals. Dining options were average, with some meat and fish dishes available. Overall, it's a good choice for overnight layovers or short visits, providing basic comforts with a few drawbacks.
I found the hotel to be a bit tatty and in need of an upgrade, but the rooms were comfortable. The service was exceptional, with staff being professional, courteous, and respectful. The location was very convenient at Terminal 3 of Pearson International Airport, although a bit challenging to locate due to a recent change in ownership. While the dining experience was good, it was a bit on the cold side. The facilities were sufficient though there were some errors in delivering amenities to the room.
Staying at the hotel was a convenient experience due to its location within the terminal itself, perfect for catching early flights. The room was extremely quiet, well-appointed, and boasted a very comfortable bed. However, the lack of atmosphere and warmth in the hotel could be improved to make it a more inviting place for guests.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, equipped with a large desk, sofa chair, footstool, and a convenient refrigerator for my medicine. The bright and well-laid-out bathroom was a big plus, accommodating all my luggage comfortably. The only downside was some noise between 1 AM and 3:30 AM, but overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant room experience.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean, but the amenities were limited and of lower quality than expected for the price. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The service was outstanding, with the front desk staff being professional, courteous, and helpful. However, some staff members could have been better dressed. The location was ideal for an overnight layover in Toronto, though it wasn't as quiet as hoped due to noise from trams and drop-offs. The dining options were good overall, but some items were on the expensive side and service could be improved. The facilities were alright, but some improvements could be made in certain areas.
The hotel had typical Sheraton rooms that were clean, well laid out, and perfect for a business traveler. The staff was friendly and very pleasant to deal with. However, a deposit of $200 plus the night stay amount was required due to only having a debit card on hand.
The hotel has its ups and downs. The rooms seemed a bit tired looking and smelt of cigarette smoke, which made us feel unclean. However, the bellman service for luggage was convenient for airport travel.
The hotel's location is great for travel needs and early flights, very close to the airport. However, the rooms are very dirty and outdated, and the noise from the mono rail can disturb your sleep. The service was extremely poor, causing us to miss an important meeting. The dining experience was not included in the rate and lacked variety. Despite its convenient location, the hotel's condition and service were disappointing.
I arrived in my room at 2 am and was gone by 10 am, so I didn't have much time to enjoy the typical Sheraton accommodation. The room was clean, well-laid out, and had all the amenities for a business traveler. However, it was noisy all night long, which was a bit of a downside.
